Our world and the economy is an ever changing place. Our society is one of the few where the majority of its citizens only know one language. This is astonishing, but there is no reason why it has to stay that way. People should seriously consider learning another language to broaden their scope on the world. Many people choose a European language such as Spanish or French, but there are many reasons why you might want to Learn Japanese. One of the biggest reasons you should consider it is because of the fact that Japan has the largest economy in the world today behind the U.S.

With a huge and growing economy like that, you might begin to start putting the pieces together. Major companies such as Toyota, Honda, and Sony are all Japanese companies. Japanese companies are a huge part of our economy without us even realizing it. If we were to learn Japanese, that would enable us to have more business opportunities directly with the executives from these major corporations. Many U.S. companies have branches in Japan, and you could be the one heading up that new office if you would simply take the time to learn this great language.
